Happy sailors!

A big time was had by all who paticipated in the 2010 Dead Dogs and Tin Whistles Regatta, January 16 and 17.  Thanks to Ginette Huges (the one with the huge smile above) for planning and organizing this great mid-winter event.

The weather was a factor as the winds blew hard resulting in a couple of boats breaking.  However, spirits were not dampened in the least.  National Champion Gib Charles gave a great on the water clinic the day before the regatta that was enjoyed by all.  Then of course there was lots of good food and beverage that served to lift the spirits of the adventurous sailors.
