June 18, 2011 - Well the first event for Fleet 6, has taken place on the sailing solstice June 18, 2011.  We had a total of 4 boats and crews.

The boats started arriving at Kensington Park just outside of Milford Mi. at 10 o’clock.  The boats were soon assembled and in the water. The winds were on the light side but, still worth sailing.  After playing tag, finally got the folks in for lunch at dinner time (the kids just didn’t want to stop playing).  Then back out to play for a while before packing the boats back up and heading for home.

It was the type of day where you couldn’t have asked for a better time.  Sun, sails, water and good company, who could ask for more.

May 9, 2011 - Fleet 6 has scheduled a one day sailing event to meet and greet as many Fleet 6 members as possible.  This event will be held at Kensington Metro Park, near South Lyon, Michigan, on June 18th.  Come on out and have some fun.
