2 pm - 2-3 Practice Races

6:30 pm-Dinner Lakeshore Marina (on your own)

8 pmish - Lakeshore Marina –Skippers Meeting


Thursday,  July 25th

9:30 am - Class Flag-Race 1 – subsequent races to follow

Details

Boats will be scored in Gold and Silver Divisions yet will start and sail together.  Beautiful Acrylic Sailboat Trophies for Skipper & Crew for first 5 Places in EACH Division!

ENTRY FEE -$150 PER BOAT which includes:

    2 T-shirts, Skipper and Crew

    Lunches on Thursday & Friday

    Cheeseburger in Paradise on Thursday

    Steakfry on Friday

    Freebees (SWAG) from Sponsors. 

Wednesday Evening dinner and Saturday Trophy Presentation lunch are on your own order off the menu.

Special Rates from Holiday Inn Express  Lexington (7 easy miles from lake, indoor pool/whirlpool, breakfast ).

We have 900 homes around Johnson Lake and can offer host housing to anyone that would like to cut expenses.  Just email or call Ernie and let him know of your request of accommodations.  Family and significant others are welcome. 

Camping at the lake is around $18/night w/electricity, $13/without.

Boats will be kept safe in a protected cove secured to individual docks on the water or kept on your trailer.  Either way it will be quick launching and we will have jet skis/support boats to get you around.  All ramps are easy to use.  

JLYC hosted the 1989 MC Scow Nationals with 59 boats competing so we have plenty of room to accommodate everyone.

Extra lunches, dinners, and T-Shirts are also available.   Any special food needs can be accommodated.
